Reservation Information

• Rates are based upon single/double occupancy; $25.00 each additional adult; children under 12 stay free. Maximum room occupancy is 5 guests total.

• A deposit of one night's rental is required to confirm reservations.

• Deposits are refunded, less $15.00 cancellation fee, if notice is received 7 days in advance in season, 24 hours off season, 3 days during shoulder season

• Cots are available at $15 per night

• Rates are subject to change without notice

• Only one vehicle pass will be issued per guest room

• Sorry, no pets allowed

• Major credit cards accepted

• Personal checks for advance deposits must be received 15 days prior to arrival. Payments for balance of stay by cash or major credit card only.

• Check in time 3PM, Check-out time 11AM

  Penthouse
  The Penthouse is without a doubt "the best view in Ocean City"! This suite includes two bedrooms, two full baths, a living room, dining room, full kitchen and laundry room, along with a sleep-in den and powder room. This suite, at the "top of the world", offers spectacular views of Atlantic City.

  Porthouse
  Enjoy the perfect combination of a private guest house and hotel accommodations in one. You'll enjoy the fresh ocean breezes from the house's first and second floor balconies. The master bedroom opens out onto the lower balcony. In the master bathroom you will find a soothing and relaxing jacuzzi bath tub. The spacious living room opens out to the upper balcony. The house includes two additional bedrooms, a full bath and powder room, along with a kitchen and laundry room.

  Both Penthouse and Porthouse guests have the use of all Hotel facilities and daily maid service.

  January 2 - June 2 $375 - $450 per night

  June 3 - June 30 $5500.00 per week
  *Saturday to Saturday only

  June 30 - September 8 $6500.00 per week
  *Saturday to Saturday only

  September 8 - September 29 $5500.00 per week
  *Saturday to Saturday only

  September 29 - December 29 $375 - $450 per night

  ALL RATES ARE PLUS 12% TAX AND MAID GRATUITY

  As with any premier accommodation,reservation and cancellation policies differ from the Hotel's policies. Availability is limited, so please call and inquire about making reservations for these premier accommodations. In order to make reservations, or for any additional information, please speak with Rachel, the Front Office Manager at extension 7352.

  In accordance with Hotel policy, there are no pets and no smoking in either accommodation.

  Prices and availability are for 6 - 8 people only and are subject to change without notice. Tax and maid gratuity not included in pricing.
